A short documentary for Belvelly Smokehouse, a 42 year old artisan smoked salmon producer in Cobh, Ireland. The film gives an intimate and charming glimpse into the craft of smoking salmon  as well as the beautiful crew that have made this business a culinary staple in the world of smoking.
